MoniMoni
Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MoniMoni ("MoniMoni," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
MoniMoni is designed primarily around local creation and play. The content you create or import, such as profiles, simulator scripts, story copies, character settings, image selections, wallpapers, message styles, and API configurations, is generally stored on your own device.
Depending on how you use the Services, information may include:
- scripts, prompts, story content, character settings, and gameplay choices;
- profile names, role information, avatars, wallpapers, and cover images you choose;
- API endpoints, model names, API keys, and related model settings you configure;
- feedback you send to us, including your email address, Threads ID, message content, timestamp, browser or device information, and referring page; and
- basic technical information needed to operate, protect, and improve the Services.
2. Local Storage and API Keys
App data is stored locally on your device whenever possible. On mobile devices, API keys may be stored using the system's secure storage mechanisms. In a web preview or browser environment, API configuration may be stored in browser storage for the current experience.
You are responsible for the third-party API keys you choose to enter. Please do not share your API keys publicly or include secrets in scripts, feedback, or screenshots.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide simulator import, parsing, customization, and story generation features;
- save local scripts, story copies, profiles, visual settings, and API settings;
- respond to feedback, bug reports, feature requests, and support messages;
- maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-Party APIs and Services
When you choose to use third-party API features, content that you submit may be sent from your device or from the Services to the API provider you configure, such as a model or infrastructure provider. That provider's own terms and privacy policy will apply to its processing of your information.
The Services may also use hosting, analytics, feedback, storage, or other service providers to operate the product. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
5. Device Permissions
Photo Library, Media Library, or file access permissions are used only for actions you choose to take, such as selecting avatars, wallpapers, card backgrounds, widget photos, script cover images, or script files.
6. Your Choices and Control
You may view, modify, or delete local profiles, scripts, story copies, image selections, and API configurations inside the App where those controls are available. You may also clear local App data through your device or browser settings. Once local data is deleted or the App is uninstalled, MoniMoni may not be able to recover it.
To request help with privacy questions or support data, contact us at [email protected].
7. Data Retention
Locally stored content remains on your device until you delete it, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Feedback and support messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, improve the Services, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
8. Protection of Minors
MoniMoni is not intended to provide services directly to children under the age of 14. Minors should use the Services only with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
9. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Services may link to third-party websites, platforms, or API providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their policies before submitting information to them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted in the App or on our website, and the "Last Updated" date will show when it was most recently changed.
11. Contact Us
